Elsa Ferrard
Elsa is leading the expansion of Kadans in France.
Elsa joined Kadans from Immobel, where she contributed to the launch and development of its French commercial subsidiary as development director. Previously, Elsa worked at AXA IM Real Asset as development manager on multiple large and complex real estate projects.
She holds an ESSEC Master of Science degree and specialized in the Real Estate and Sustainable Development Chair.

Loly Martin
Loly is the office manager for the French Kadans Science Partner team. Before Loly joined Kadans, she held various positions in the legal field within audit and consultancy firms, collective societies of copyright and the music industry.
She is very involved in ecology and climate-related challenges. Loly used to own a vegan catering business for 7 years.
Before joining Kadans, she worked for an international group specialising in corporate facility management. She believes in sustainable development and will take care of the French Kadans team.

Asset & Investment Management
Elise Colla
Elise joined Kadans as a development manager to assist in the expansion of Kadans in France.
Prior to joining Kadans, Elise worked for the real estate company Bouygues Immobilier, in charge of the development of mixed used projects in Paris Area. Previously, Elise worked as an urban planner in Brussels and has been involved with both public and private sectors complex projects.
She holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning and uses this approach of the territory in every project to ensure the connection with the French life science ecosystem.

Yassine Chaabna
Yassine joined Kadans Science Partner as a Transaction & Development Analyst. He is involved in the drawing-up of the Company’s development strategy by supporting investment decisions, transaction process and the development team.
Prior to joining Kadans, Yassine held various positions as an analyst in funds invested in equities and in real estate assets. His last experience was with the PERIAL group, a French real estate developer and investment manager.
He holds a Msc Corporate & Sustainable Finance at Kedge Business School.

Marine Teyssandier
Marine joined Kadans Science Partner as an Investment & Asset Manager and is involved in the acquisition process of future Kadans projects in France.
Before joining Kadans, Marine worked at Altarea as an Investment Manager, contributing to the acquisition and asset management of complex office refurbishment projects in Paris.
Previously, Marine worked at Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) as an Investment Analyst on office projects.
She holds an ESSEC Master Of Science degree and was a member of the ESSEC Real Estate and Sustainable Chair. She was one of the four finalists of the French Prize ” Les Pierres d’Or 2022″ in the “Young Future Talent” category.

Development
Franck Hort
Franck joined Kadans Science Partner France as Head of Development. After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, Franck gained a lot of experience at JLL, where he was responsible for the Project Management department in charge of complex refurbishment projects.
He thus developed skills in:
- Real estate developments (best use and feasibility studies, program description, contract structuring, tendering process, design and execution management, building permit process, contract management)
- Acquisition of real estate properties (redevelopment advisory, technical due diligence and technical negotiations)
- Vente en l’Etat Futur d’Achèvement (sale in the future state of completion) negotiations on behalf of sellers and investors
- Leases negotiations and fit-out integration on behalf of landlords and tenants’ business development including projects sourcing, client repeat business and RFP
Franck is excited to help to build the Kadans footprint in France.

Pierre Pradal
Pierre is the Project Director at Kadans Science Partner in France. It is his responsibility to guarantee the feasibility and the achievements of the projects, and to contribute to the development of the operations.
Prior to joining Kadans, Pierre worked for the construction company Vinci as Business Development Manager in the Paris Area. Previously, Pierre worked as a building site manager for the construction company Bouygues. He operated on several real estate projects, offices, engineering schools, industries, and shopping centres.

Quentin Lemonnier
Quentin is Project Director in the French Development team. His mission goes from program definition to building delivery, going through all the design and construction stages.
Before joining Kadans, Quentin worked as a civil engineer and as a project manager in an engineering company. He worked on different projects such as universities, hospitals, and R&D centres.
Quentin is excited to join Kadans Science Partner and bring his technical background to the team.
